1. Once contracted the Agent completes a “Request for Life Insurance Interview”
or RLI
2. RLI is submitted to Banner Life electronically
3. Banner Call center conducts application interview and offers Voice signature
as an option.
4. Banner Call center orders the Paramed
5. Application package is emailed to the client for review and signature
6. Client returns application package to Banner Life
7. BSI case management support provided through underwriting as usual
8. Policy is sent directly to client with Delivery Requirements
9. Client chooses E-policy delivery mode when they choose voice signature
and a link is sent to the client
10. Client returns Delivery Requirements to Banner Life
